Cases are handled on an “hourly rate” basis agreed upon in advance. This rate will be determined according to the professional who will be handling the case and in relation to the importance and degree of difficulty of the case. The client will be charged an initial retaining fee prior to the start of a case. Following this, additional fees may be charged, if necessary, on a monthly basis as per the number of hours worked. Correspondence and administrative costs will also be charged according to rates fixed in advance.
